Villa Andrea bears the name of the Renaissance architect Palladio and is the result of a sum of obsessions that reflect the personality of its creator, Oscar Tusquets: classical order, Pompeii, Barragán, the hortus conclusus.

But above all, Villa Andrea is the house where I have lived for the past 25 years, where I have raised my two children, three dogs, and written four novels. It is a house that can feel imposing when you do not yet know it, but one that knows how to adapt without losing its essence, that has managed to adjust to so many years of change and lived experience.
